NCA Network is a community of Internationally Trained Lawyers (ITLs) in Canada. Our mission is to support ITLs as they navigate the accreditation process, access mentorship opportunities, expand their professional networks, and better integrate into the Canadian legal landscape.
Launched in April 2022, the Legally Abroad Podcast has become a key platform for the NCA Network reaching listeners across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Each episode features ITLs and legal experts sharing insights on accreditation, career growth, and succeeding in Canada.
NCA Network hosts several events throughout the year for ITLs that heavily focus on curating network opportunities for NCA students as well as practicing lawyers.
The NCA Network Mentor Program connects mentees (typically law or NCA students) with mentors who have successfully completed the licensing process in Canada. Our mentors are legal professionals from diverse fields who volunteer their time guide and support the next generation of ITLs.
