NCA Network’s Mentorship Program

The NCA Network Mentor Program connects mentees (typically law or NCA students) with mentors who have successfully completed the licensing process in Canada. Our mentors are legal professionals from diverse fields who volunteer their time guide and support the next generation of ITLs.

The program strengthens the NCA Network community, builds confidence, and helps mentees navigate the unique challenges of becoming a licensed lawyer in Canada.

The program follows clear and strict participation guidelines for both Mentors and Mentees to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience.
